  • 1 pound cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

How to Make Blackstone Tortellini?

Step 1:

Turn on the Blackstone griddle and set it to medium-high heat. Wait for it to get nice and hot.

Step 2:

While the griddle is heating up, cook the tortellini in a big pot of boiling water. Follow the instructions on the package. When they’re done, drain them in a colander.

Step 3:

Get a large mixing bowl and put the cooked tortellini in it. Add some olive oil and your favorite spices, I used (Italian seasoning) and garlic powder. Mix it all up really well so every piece of pasta is coated.

Step 4:

Once the griddle is hot enough, carefully spread out the seasoned tortellini in a single layer.

Step 5:

Let the tortellini cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side. They should turn golden brown and get a bit crispy.

Step 6:

When all the tortellini are cooked and crispy, use your spatula to move them onto a big serving plate.

Step 7:

Take your crumbled feta cheese and sprinkle it all over the top of the hot tortellini. Watch as the cheese starts to get a little melty from the heat of the pasta. Enjoy.

  • Use frozen tortellini if you’re in a hurry, it will save time.
  • Try different cheese fillings in your tortellini for more flavors.
  • If you don’t have Italian seasoning, mix dried basil, oregano, and thyme instead, I think it will work too.
  • If you desire some spiciness in this dish, just add a pinch of red pepper flakes.

Storing?

After you’re done eating, if there’s any pasta left, Put the leftover pasta in a special box with a tight lid. Then, put the box in the fridge. You can eat it again in the next few days. When you want to have some, just warm it up It might not be as crispy as before, but it will still be enjoyable.
