1 cup (100g) almond flour
1 3/4 cup (200g) powdered sugar
3 large egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or 1 vanilla bean, scraped
Pinch of salt
Step 1:
First, Set your oven to 300°F (150°C). Put parchment paper on two baking sheets.
Step 2:
In a bowl, mix almond flour and powdered sugar very well.
Step 3:
In a bowl, beat egg whites. Add sugar slowly, and keep beating until it holds its shape.
