Mardi Gras Mustard
Ingredients
½ cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Creole mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon hot sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Step 1:
Put Dijon and Creole mustard in a bowl, then stir them together until they’re completely blended.
Step 2:
Stir in the honey and mayonnaise to make the sauce smooth and add a touch of sweetness.
Step 3:
Add the hot sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if you want more spice), and mix well so the spices are spread out.
