Salmon Mushroom Recipe
Have you ever made a dish with mushrooms and salmon? I know it’s not a common combination, but believe me, you’re missing a lot if haven’t tried it. This Salmon Mushroom Recipe is a must-try for anyone who loves the flavors of mushrooms mixed with seafood on one plate.
The flavors of salmon and mushrooms mixed with some spices can make a fantastic and hearty Salmon Mushroom dish that all the family will love. I enjoy having it for lunch or dinner, especially alongside Blackstone Tortellini and a zesty drink like a Virgin Lemon Drop.
The way I made this dish was really fun! I caramelized the onions and mushrooms and egg, then cooked the salmon just enough so it stayed tender. I served it on top of the mushrooms and sweet caramelized onions. The taste was truly amazing, and don’t forget a slice of garlic bread for more cozy flavors.
The way I cook this dish is just one option. You can be creative and cook the salmon in your own skillet or even skip caramelizing the onions. Feel free to make it your own and cook it in your style if you like.
