  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 fillet of salmon (about 6 ounces), skinless
  • 1 large egg

How to Make Salmon Mushroom?

Now, In the same pan where you cooked the salmon, cook an egg. You can make it sunny-side up, over-easy, or scrambled, it’s up to you.

Step 5:

Put the onions and mushrooms on a plate. Add the cooked salmon and then the egg on top. Enjoy.

  • Keep Stirring the onions often so they cook well and don’t burn.
  • Always Slice mushrooms thinly so they cook faster and better.
  • A little salt and pepper is enough to season the salmon and mushrooms.
  • You can Cook the onions, mushrooms, and salmon in separate pans if needed so they have space to cook well.

Just, put it in a covered container in the fridge. To warm it up, heat it in a pan on low. Add a little water if it looks dry. easy and simple.
